A: The number of bartenders we bring depends on your guest count, event size, and the level of service you’d like. During our pre-event consultation, we’ll work with you to determine the perfect team to keep drinks flowing smoothly and your guests happy.

A: Yes! Our packages are designed to be flexible. Whether you want a simple setup or the full experience, we’ll work with you to build a bar package that matches your event and budget. You’ll get exactly the level of service you need, without compromise.

Q: Can you create signature cocktails for our event?

A: Absolutely! We love crafting signature drinks that reflect your style or theme. Whether you have a recipe in mind or want us to design something unique, we’ll make sure your cocktails are as memorable as your celebration. Our bartenders are here to shake, stir, and wow your guests with something special.

Q: Do you provide non-alcoholic options?
A: Definitely. We can create delicious mocktails and non-alcoholic drink stations so all of your guests feel included in the celebration. Everyone deserves a toast — with or without the spirits!

Q: What if we only need bartenders, not the full bar setup?
A: No problem. We offer bartender-only service with our skilled, fully insured team. It’s a great option if you already have a bar setup and just need professionals behind it. Either way, you’ll get expertise, friendly service, and peace of mind.

Q: What is a mobile bar service?
A: We bring the bar to you! From weddings and private parties to corporate events and festivals, our mobile bar setup includes everything needed for a professional, stylish bar experience — without being tied to a traditional venue. Choosing a mobile bar service is often more affordable than going through a restaurant or venue, since you provide the alcohol and avoid marked-up bar packages, while still enjoying expert service and an elevated experience.

​​Q: Do you provide the alcohol?
A: We’re a dry-hire service, which means you (the host) provide the alcohol. This keeps things flexible, cost-effective, and tailored to your preferences. To make it easy, we use our knowledge of industry standards and the details you share about your guests during our pre-event consultations to create a curated shopping list for you. That way, you’ll know exactly what and how much to buy, no guesswork required!

Q: How do I know how much alcohol to buy?
A: Not to worry, we’ll guide you through it! As part of our pre-event consultations, we’ll create a custom shopping list for you. It is based on our industry knowledge, proven averages, and tailored to your guest count, event length, and preferences (like whether your crowd leans toward certain cocktails, wine, or beer). While every event is unique, our guidance takes the guesswork out of shopping and gives you a reliable estimate so you can feel confident heading into your celebration.

 

​Q: What’s included in your packages?
A: All of our packages include professional coolers, necessary bar linens, a curated alcohol shopping list, at least 2 pre-event bar consultation sessions, liability insurance, and the option for an elegant framed bar menu. From there, you decide how much you’d like us to take off your plate!  Whether that means keeping things simple or letting us handle all the details with add-ons and upgrades.  Whatever you choose, we’re ready to help make your event unforgettable and stress-free.​

Q: What other premium event services do you provide besides the bar?
A: In addition to our mobile bar services, we offer a variety of premium options to elevate your event. For example, our hydration station can be added to any bar package — featuring infused water, lemonade, iced tea, or seasonal favorites like apple cider — helping keep lines short and guests refreshed for dancing the night away.

We also offer fun additions like our photo booth, perfect for capturing memories your guests will love. Beyond that, we’re constantly expanding our offerings and have strong connections throughout the event industry. If there’s a special service you’re looking for that we don’t provide directly, just ask — chances are we can connect you with a trusted vendor who can help make your vision a reality. Q: How far in advance should we book?
A: We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially during peak wedding and holiday seasons. Even if you book far in advance, we offer flexibility to adjust guest numbers, add packages, or include extra options as your event gets closer. Your celebration is important to us, and we’ll work with you every step of the way to make sure the bar service fits your evolving plans.

Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We’re based around North of Boston, and our standard packages include travel up to 40 miles. For venues beyond that, we charge a small per-mile travel fee, because we believe great parties are worth going the extra mile. No matter the distance, we’re excited to bring the bar to you.

Q: Do you have insurance?
A: Yes! We carry full liability insurance for your peace of mind, so you can relax and enjoy the event knowing everything is covered. With us, safety and professionalism are always part of the package.
